Pera Coda

Indie Adventure / cRPG

Leading narrative design on Pera Coda, a psychologically-driven, neo-noir detective adventure set in 1990s Istanbul, with light RPG systems layered over a story-first core. My work covers the full narrative scope of the project: defining the overall vision and thematic arc, designing morally complex characters shaped by memory and guilt, architecting branching quest structures with meaningful divergence and convergence, and writing dialogue across main and side content. Alongside the writing, I maintain the story bible, coordinate narrative across game design, art, and audio, lead a small narrative team, and prepare content for localization from the writing stage.


Nora's Ark

Match 3 Puzzle

Sole narrative designer on Nora's Ark, owning the game's story and creative writing across both product and marketing. I wrote the core narrative and maintained the story bible as the project's single source of truth, designed character profiles with their personalities and relationships, and developed level themes that mapped narrative beats onto gameplay progression. Beyond the product itself, I created thematic concepts for marketing campaigns and produced supporting video content, extending the game's world into the spaces where players first encountered it.

Wonder Blast

Match 3 Puzzle

Narrative designer on Wonder Blast, a mobile puzzle game with a global player base, owning story and creative writing across product and marketing. I wrote the game's core narrative, maintained the story bible, designed character profiles, and developed level themes shaping how narrative and atmosphere mapped onto gameplay progression. On the marketing side, I created thematic concepts for campaigns and collaborated with third-party production studios on video content, briefing creative direction and reviewing output.

Cats and the Other Lives

MMORPG

In this project, I participated as a worldbuilder. I was responsible for creating the lore, main characters, locations, and some essential items for the game.

Rise Online

Pixel Art Point & Click Adventure

Narrative designer on Cats and the Other Lives, a narrative-driven adventure game, contributing from the earliest concept phase through release. I took part in story ideation and research, wrote characters and developed their psychological backgrounds, and wrote the game's dialogue across the full script. The project went on to win Best Narrative at Kristal Piksel 2024, Turkey's leading game industry awards.

Time Goes By

Worked in the writers' room, writing synopses and treatments for the TV series Time Goes By.


The Magnificent Century

Arguably Turkey's largest TV series project. I actively participated in episode meetings, wrote synopses accordingly, and was responsible for creating character profiles.


Daydreaming

The Turkish adaptation of the critically acclaimed teen drama Dawson's Creek. This was my first experience in the industry. I participated as a writer's assistant, responsible for creating character profiles, research, grammar checking, and writing side scenes.
